Everyone seemed a bit miserable at the start of this trail (starts at Maligne Lake) and the trail was uneventful for the first hour, but then we started getting into nice country with great views of the lake and valley and everyone cheered up. A really nice hike to do in Jasper. The kids really enjoyed sliding down the snow patches and in spite of the steep climb up, did it many times over!
