How to

 

From Chaturanga Dandasana inhale as you press the toes against the floor, pushing the hips forward into Urdva Mukha Swanasana, from here exhale as you press the tops of the feet on the floor, rolling over the toes as you lift your hips up and back into Adho Mukha Swanasana.
