Utkatasana Fierce Pose
How to From samastiti, bend the knees and touch the fingertips to the floor on the outsides of the feet. Inhale as you lift your arms up over your head and gaze to your thumbs, keeping the knees bent. Feel your tailbone tucking underneath you, trying not to let the back arch too much. Shift weight toward the heels.
Modifications You may look forward, rather than to the thumbs. You may bend the elbows here, or take the hands shoulder distance apart.
