Utanasana Intense Stretch Pose
How to From samastiti, exhale as you fold forward over your legs, taking the hands to the floor as you look back. Feel the belly against your thighs as you tilt the SITS bones up, creating extension in the spine and a stretch in the hamstrings.
Modifications Bend the knees enough that the belly can touch the thighs. Let the hands be slightly forward of the feet.
