Utthita Hasta Padangustasana D Extended Hand to Big Toe Pose D
How to From standing, shift weight into the left leg as you lift the right leg up toward you. Try to keep the chest lifted, maybe taking the chin to the shin. Try to keep the standing leg straight if possible. Gaze to your big toe and imagine a shortening string connecting it to your eyes.
Modifications It doesn't have to lift all that high, but try to work with it where you can.
