Utthita Hasta Padangustasana C Extended Hand to Big Toe Pose C
How to From standing, shift weight into the left leg as you lift the right leg up toward you. Take hold of the foot with both hands as you draw it back toward you. Try to keep the chest lifted, maybe taking the chin to the shin. Note the bent standing knee in the above picture - try to avoid that.
Modifications You may take hold behind the calf. Feel free to bend the knee.
