Eka Pada Bakasana One Legged Crow Pose
How to Squat on the feet. Take the hands in front of the feet and bend the elbows so that you can take your knees to the backs of your arms. Keep the knees glued there as you begin to lift your hips up. Now lift the heels up off the floor. Looking forward, start to shift the shoulders and chest toward the spot that you are looking to (it could be a spot a few feet in front of you on the floor, but it should not be directly in front, looking down will not allow you to shift weight from your feet into your hands, and you'll never get up.) Now that you are in Bakasana, lift the right leg off the arm and extend it up and back until it is straight.
Modifications Try working with Bakasana, or the modifications listed for that pose. Alternatively, try Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A with the knees on the elbows (rather than the feet lifted) and try lifting on leg up in the air.
