Bhujapidasana B Shoulder Pressure Pose
How to From Bhujapidasana A, exhale as you shift your shoulders and chest forward and the feet come back through the legs. Try to balance with the head and feet an inch or two off the floor.
Modifications See Bhujapidasana A. Bakasana is a good chance to work on the strength for this balance. Feel free to place the forehead on the floor in this pose, rather than keeping it lifted. Also, you might place the feet to the floor.
