Bhujapidasana A Shoulder Pressure Pose
How to With the hands on the floor, step or jump the feet in front of the hands. Take hold of the right ankle with the right hand. Lift the heel off the floor as you work the shoulder behind the leg. Let the heel come in toward the center of the feet as you place it on the floor. Adjust the toes inward as well. Repeat on the left side. Take the hands on the floor and bend the elbows as you shift weight back toward them. Cross the ankles and lift the feet up off the floor.
Modifications Don't worry about crossing the ankles. Alternately, keep the feet on the floor, as you shift weight back. Or, once your shoulders are behind your arms try looking back and up, pushing back through the legs, keep the feet grounded.
