How to

From Prasarita Padottanasana A, inhale as you look forward.  Exhale as you start to take your feet apart.  Take the feet as far apart as possible, until you bring your hips open and down on the floor.  Take your arms apart and breath.

 

Modifications

 

Try Prasarita Adho Mukha Swanasana.  If that feels easy, you might try the following:
